Te Hou Farm

Te Hou Farms Limited Partnership is
owned two-thirds by Nga Wairiki Ngati
Apa Developments Ltd and one-third
by Atihau Whanganui Incorporation.
This farm has completed its major
development phase and entered a
period of operational consolidation
and performance optimisation. The
farm has a total land area of 1,324
hectares comprising of a 530-hectare
dairy platform, a 120-hectare cropping
unit, and supporting drystock and
forestry areas, with 700 total hectares
under irrigation. The farm continues
to perform strongly within its national
benchmarking group, ranking in the
upper quartile for productivity and herd
health.
