Corporate Services

During the financial year, Corporate Services underwent a significant restructure, transitioning under the leadership of Katarina Hina. The newly established team comprises a Team Lead, a full-time Administrator (1 FTE), a full-time Communications Officer (1 FTE), and a Junior Data Analyst.

This dedicated team plays a critical role in supporting the smooth operations of the Rūnanga and its business units, ensuring efficient coordination and delivery of essential services across the organisation.

In recent months, the Corporate Services team has expanded its remit to include communications support for Stewart Street Surgery. This extension enables us to provide consistent and coordinated messaging across our wider organisational network, strengthening our capability to serve our communities effectively.
