Wāhine Ora is a week dedicated to wāhine hauora, connection and wellbeing, with a range of sessions designed to nurture the mind, honour the body, strengthen wairua and connect with other wāhine.

Te Hā o te Wāhine – The Breath of Women

An introduction to breathwork and meditation, supporting te taha hinengaro and te taha wairua.
